This is us
And this is our Story
How it started...

In a snowy cabin in Snowbird, Utah, seventeen software developers came together in 2001, driven by the desire to forge a new path in project development: agility.
Their work resulted in the Agile Manifesto, which quickly attracted attention beyond the boundaries of software development and was celebrated as a revolutionary approach in many industries. The secret of this Agile Manifesto's success lies in its simplicity and clarity, which made it adaptable for many industries and is regarded by many as a classic with cult status. But the manifesto was just the beginning...
Where our story beginns...

It started a movement that recognized that not only was technology evolving, but so were the social and environmental challenges. These developers and those who followed their path faced a double challenge:
not only did they have to find quick and flexible responses to ever-changing market conditions, but they also had to consider their role and influence in a broader societal and environmental perspective.
Despite its undisputed success, there was a sense that it was time to bring the Agile Manifesto into our time!
We, the "Agile8", a group of enthusiastic and convinced agilists, came together to achieve this goal. However, and this was crucial, we wanted to preserve the agile manifesto in its simplicity and clarity, in its essence. We wanted to leave it unchanged, as far as possible. So we looked for a way to preserve it - and revolutionize it at the same time.
What began as an almost hopeless undertaking led to its result after many months as if by itself: it was like a "natural evolution".
We ended up adding just one word, making the Agile Manifesto more evolutionary and modern than ever before:"Accountability"!
